The Ohio State University

Currently a junior in the College of Food, Agriculture, and Environmental Sciences. Will receive Bachelor of Science Degree, majoring in landscape horticulture with a double minor in landscape construction and international studies.

Contributed to the development of the OSU UK study abroad program as one of the first group of students to travel to Preston, England. Here we contrasted the techniques and practices of Europe to that of the U.S
Contributed to the development of the OSU Master Gardener web site.

Experience

Crew Foreman

Quality Affordable Landscaping, Riverhead, N.Y.

Relied upon to run a three man crew. Major responsibilities included: design, installation of plant material and hardscapes, irrigation, turf maintenance, and book work.

Nursery and Greenhouse Assistant

Hunter's Creek Perennial Gardens, Lapeer, MI
Responsibilities included creation and maintenance of life-size topiaries. Greenhouse work consisted of spraying, climate control, production, and maintenance.

Activities

Alpha Gamma Rho Fraternity
This is a national and professional fraternity. Currently vice president.

Agriculture Council
This is a board of students who represent the entire agricultural campus.

American Society for Horticultural Science
This is a society dedicated to advancing horticultural knowledge worldwide.

Interests - personal

Travel, skiing, sports, hunting, and fishing.

I am looking for a job that will constantly challenge me, and fun healthy environment that surrounds it.
